I'm actually fairly decent with adjusting my body clock, but I've had the last week off of work and for some reason getting a proper sleep has been an absolute nightmare. So it's mixed blessings. Usually I listen to an audiobook before I fall asleep and have on the fan or some other white noise while I drift off. God, laying it all out like that makes me sound like such a fussy sleeper.

I have dreadful sleep issues ( always have to be fair )

Currently staying up till 4am and sleeping in late … it works out good this week as there’s a massive UFC card on Sunday morning 3am till 6am ish BUT I need to get my routine sorted somehow .

Maybe I’ll try going straight through on Sunday morning and not go to bed at all ??

Then just have a couple of long dozes throughout Sunday and have an early night ?!??

…don’t stop working on it but it might be that you don’t need much sleep to function perfectly and that’s just the way it is…

I have a feeling one of my mates wants to drag me out tomorrow but, likewise, I’m in no mood. And I’m skint.

What’s the weather like where you’re at? It’s been pretty rainy in certain parts of the U.K. so if that’s your fold, you can always use that as an excuse. I would.

It's going to be rainy today aswell so that's another downer.

One of them is coming down from Manchester. I was secretly hoping that she would cancel out of fear for storm Claudia

…ahhhhh, maybe just absorb being around that mate, you don’t need the money to do that…even just for a short while, it can give so much feel good energy to be around meaningful people in our lives…

…no, don’t stay in…you made those plans when you were in a happy vibe as you say…?….keep those plans and that date and that might lead you to that vibe again…see your friends, that’ll make them happy and feeling that happiness might transfer back to you in that circle of feel good…..

It’s been Christmas in Disney for about two weeks ..

The night of Halloween 31st October as they close the gates and all the visitors leave they get hundreds and hundreds of people in to put up all the Christmas decorations and lights .. they have specialist teams spraying fake snow on the rooftops !!

Still seething as I order McDonald's yesterday and it came with only 1 bun and no burger! Plus the drink was spilled so the packet was exposed and who know if the driver touched it with his hands. Dude wasn't even apologetic when he handed me the thing just concerned about the code and THEN just eat didn't give me back the full refund!!! Arrrgghhh

Seriously, what’s going on with the pint-glass situation? Why can’t it be the ’80s again for just one quiet evening? Who’s lamping who with a pint-handle? Who even does that?

Any pub selling Budvar should be doing it in these glasses

The old style ale ones occasionally get used in my village pub but I don't see many of them elsewhere

Yeah. Exactly.

Everything is so sanitised these days it’s a joke. It started in 2007 but at this point even bar staff perpetuate BS (in this case about old-style pint glasses being more dangerous). Not being trusted with a glass mug all-of a sudden really is such a big deal.

People making you feel like a demon for not liking dogs (no, I’m not talking about Brian Griffin, obvs). Like everything-else, people have their preferences. It’s not a crime to find dogs annoying any more than it is to be semi-phobic of spiders.
