i think his time at belgium is coming to an end, they have underperformed massively given their talent over the last few years and the team will be needing a rebuild as it's getting too old. I remember him being very unpopular at everton prior to him leaving, so it is a strange move

Ricarlson should be off by now - should have been booked for a ridiculous tackle then moments later he booted the ball 50 yards away in frustration - unseen by the ref but another yellow card offence
