Even though Dre doesn't really trust Karen I think she'd keep her over Bruno. And William probably wants Bruno out anyway so I doubt he uses both vetos / doubt he tries to keep Bruno period.

Kevin will most likely get saved though... William will probably not use the actual veto but instead uses the secret veto.

There is no way William won´t use a veto now that there is no chance he´ll go up. DR will basically force him to use the secret one probably, so their twist won´t go to waste.

He could potentially eff with peoples minds by using the secret veto on Bruno, so it wouldn´t so obvious it´s him. But then Kevin would go home.

For William it would make sense to save both of Bruno and Kevin, since he wouldn´t be their target, they both are huge targets over him and they both would take care of some of his targets.

Sure Ika, Demetres, Karen and Dre would be mad, but so what? Ika doesn´t like William anyway and it´s not like Dre has lots of choices on who to work with. All of them would have to go after Bruno and Kevin anyway. Karen would be mad about Kevin really.
