No she didn't. Vicki Gardner is in a stable condition in hospital awaiting surgery.

Ermm, I'm not giving him credit. He did kill himself, maybe not straight away but enough to end his life. If he had meant to kill Vicki he would have, he was at close range, She was not his target.
