I forgot to mention I loved the scene in episode 4 of Walt and Walt Jr watching Scarface. This show has definitely been influenced a lot by that film.

Fun fact: Two actors from Breaking Bad had appeared in Scarface - Steven Bauer (Don Eladio) played Tony's best friend, and Mark Margolis (Hector) played one of Sosa's henchmen.

I'm so devastated at Mike's death. Truly one of the saddest moments in the entire series. Not gonna lie, I teared up during that scene. I'm so ****ing raging, I can't express how much I ****ing despise Walt! And smh at him realising he could've just asked Lydia for the 9 men and shooting Mike was unnecessary. He truly has become a monster! Poor Mike, I also felt sorry for him when he couldn't even say goodbye to his granddaughter in the park due to the police searching for him and had to flee.

Overall a very emotional episode, one of the best for sure, but one of the saddest too.

Both great/crazy episodes, especially the endings of each

In episode 8, Hank finding the book in Walt’s bathroom that makes him realize Walt was the Heisenberg all along

Followed by end of Episode 9 where Hank & Walt have that talk in Hank’s garage fffff

In general I always loved how they had the brother-in-law working for the DEA trying to crack the code. Walt was always right under Hank’s nose, it’s just such a good plot right from the core of it alone.

Side note, I seriously love the Lydia character

Also I’ve seen those shots of Walt & Jesse out in the dessert many times before in gifs or something. Totally forgot about that until watching this episode

I wanted to save Episodes 14-16 for after work hours to have FULL undivided attention on it but I really don’t think I can wait now Def expect to watch at least 14 soon/now

Just finsihed episode 8.

I can't believe Walt got all of Mike's men and his lawyer killed in their prison. Those deaths were so brutal and gruesome. And a at Walt disposing of Mike's body at the beginning, Jesse was so close to discovering it in the trunk of Walt's car.

And when Mike told Skyler he was out of the business for good and it looked like things were finally better between them, shook at Hank finding out Walt is Heisenberg at the end. Things are about to get a lot worse now.

Okay, maybe calling it shit is a bit harsh, but for me, and I think many fans, it was a huge disappointment.

Oh. My. God! That showdown between Walt and Hank was truly something else! And I can't believe Walt discreetly threatened him. I wonder how Skyler's gonna feel now that her wish of Walt's cancer returning has come true.

That was such a sweet gesture from Jesse giving money to that homeless man followed by throwing more bundles of cash on the front lawns of the neighbourhood. I wonder what makes him suspicious that Walt killed Mike tho.

Ahhhh at Lydia, Todd and Todd's uncle killing Declan and his men and taking over his meth operation. That woman is evil! I love her!

Wow what an incredible episode 11 was!

I'm still in absolute shock at Walt blackmailing Hank and Marie. The confrontation scene between the three and Skyler was amazing, intense and absolute perfect TV. When Walt had given them a DVD, I thought it was his ''confession'' but it turned out to be him blackmailing them, accusing Hank of being the mastermind behind the Heisenberg empire and forcing Walt to cook meth for him. Ugh what an unexpected turn of events! My jaw was on the floor the entire time throughout that. Walt's done a lot of horrible things but that just may be the worst yet.

I was so over the moon when Jesse realised that Huell had pick pocketed the ricin cigarette that he previously believed Gus did to poison Brock, and finally concluded that it was Walt behind it all after Saul confessed his involvement in it.

I can't believe I've only got 5 episode left! I don't want it to end!

Holy crap at that shootout at the end of episode 13. My heart was racing throughout that whole scene with Walt surrendering to Hank in the desert. I had a bad feeling something was gonna happen and I was right. No words for that!

I was gonna watch episode 14 tomorrow but after that cliffhanger and the positive posts above me, I've gotta watch it now.

Finale & some final thoughts

The way Walt went through every step of that finale was incredible. Great post-Heisenberg story/conclusion in these last two episodes for Walt after everything's said and done. Jack's crew = excellent final villains for this season/show and the way they were taken out was super creative. Just a total nightmarish disaster ending for so many people on the cast (ie. not a happy ending) yet there's a bit of a happiness / closure there to make it a feel-good ending at the same time. I like that a lot. Kind of a happy non-happy ending? Idk but it just all felt so right & complete. I feel like this show did everything right from start to finish.

Closed the book on this season just perfectly and I feel like I wanna watch it all over again already ffs

Decided to start Better Call Saul tonight and ehhh the premiere is a bit lackluster tho but

So shocking / kinda nice to see Tuco at the end I did like the ending to that episode quite a bit. And I do like Saul a lot so not minding him as a main character either The plot was just a bit boring and I'd have liked the premiere to catch my attention a bit more.

Not 100% sure if I will get right into Better Call Saul but I will definitely be watching El Camino right away as I'm veeery curious about the aftermath

El Camino was so cathartic .
