I could've understood the "you won't be straight when you leave" line could have been meant as a weird, flirty (again inappropriate given the age difference) joke but to then go on about how he wants to evict her, tie her up, and then make the 'fag' quip was really just doubling down on the means to offend.

This sums up my entire opinion on the situation, until the incident, I liked Mickey as a housemate, but it was ridiculously uncomfortable to watch.

and has started DOXING Mickey!!

In a rant on insta she posted "no offence Mickey you look like a ********** foot so
you don't stand a chance with anyone anyway because your a ********** loser.

'He's a pig and he is a dangerous person. I wouldn't want to be alone in a
room with him and I wouldn't want ********** anyone to be alone in a room
with him.'

This being defended is peak TiBB lol. What he said was repulsive, his age and quirks are certainly no excuse, and the gaslighting playing it down - "he only called her a lesbian" and "he meant a cigarette" just daft.

The only vague excuse I can think of that comes close to explaining it is that his brain has been rattled one too many times.

I naively for a split second thought when I saw it, "no one will be able to fully defend this" but I realised that such a thought was ridiculous and of course they'd be defending it before I even logged in .

I doubt anyone thinks it was actually fine and no one would ever dream of (openly) saying what he said themselves, but of course they'll pretend to think it was fine and everyone over-reacted. Just typical culture war nonsense.
