To be fair if nobody says that they're in the process trying to get their first answer then anyone else might as well go for it, people shouldn't just have to exclude themselves from the task on the basis that someone else might be trying to send a PM as well

But on the other hand what's the point in actively trying to win the prize when the task could still be failed? At best you'll be immune from one elimination but the failure of the task might be down to you which will make you a target in the later rounds. You have to play the long game to do well here.

Go crazy after everyone's got one but there's no point in doing so until we're sure we've passed the task.

That's true but then Braden and Jarrod aren't online now so it's either people continue to participate in the task or we all just stop and do nothing for 12 hours, seeing as the latter is a bit of a crap way to go about the game surely it's best for people to just go about getting answers, but at the same time pass the task by having those who haven't had an answer yet come into the thread to let the rest of us know that they're trying for one
