Thank god for 7 minutes of stoppage time. VAR is a joke.
I'm starting to wonder if the refs are doing this on purpose to discredit the scheme. For Caballos goal to be ruled out because a different player - Saka - had one toe closer to the goal than the opposition is not what VAR is for.

Stop drawing lines on the screen for off-sides (offside was never meant to be micro-analysed like that) or Only use it for penalty box decisions. |

I think these rules give a massive advantage to defenders. I remember when teams used to play for offside by all defenders stepping up the pitch as a unit. The great Milan teams of the late 80's and 90's were masters at it and it gave them a big advantage. Surely with this VAR nonsense they can start doing that again. Only a foot or a hand needs to be closer to the gaols so why not step up as a unit and, even if a goal is scored, VAR will almost certainly rule it out. They've got do something and its got to be in place by next seasons cuz some of the decisions these days are ruining the game

Apparently the other countries don’t seem to be too bothered about VAR but they supposedly just get told the results and don’t get everyone annoyed as they don’t show all the lines on screen like we do in the uk Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Ryan Mason tonight becomes the youngest manager in Premier League history, aged 29 years and 312 days.
Mason is the first manager younger than 30 to manage in the English top-flight since QPR's Frank Sibley in 1977. There are three players older than Ryan Mason tonight for Spurs (Lloris, Bale & Alderweireld). The last time a player featured in the PL who was older than his manager was in December 2014 (Gerhard Tremmel under Garry Monk for Swansea). |

I had such high hopes for Stones but he’s made loads of mistakes since that fateful England game a few weeks ago

Var is a joke. This is laughable.
Ceballos 'wins' a penalty - it was'nt a pen but the ref gave it and wasn't gonna reverse his decision Var comes along and decides a completely different player was offside in the build up, so no pen. This is frankly farcical
