I think considering I cant stand her that she has handled herself really well since it happened. Yes it almost made them look like happy families and that nasty woman had led him astray.Then crass Emma helps him along in his denial filled head with "It takes two to tango" I couldn't believe she said that ???? Pure exploitation messing with peoples lives.He should be suing BB for selecting him in the first place.He is nowhere near fit to be on a show like that and BB have certainly capitalised out of his dysfunction. Also does he know the word NO!where a determined woman like Hazel, yuk, is concerned poor little boy my backside as far as any of that drivel is concerned. They deserved each other .LOL. He has children and what are they being out through now ?

I just don't understand why people thinks she has to tell everyone what happened.

If it had happened to me I wouldn't feel that I had to tell all my friends I would only confide in a few trusted people as would most people on here.

I wouldn't want everyone knowing my business.

Hazel was not a liar, she was put on the spot and felt awkward. I'm sure had she spilled the beans and told the whole tale to the whole house she'd be chastised just as much if not more.

People can't separate their dislike of her from the situation, and that's the main problem. They can't see that although Hazel's no angel that it in no way makes her to blame for any of Daley's actions.

Thats what tells me she was genuinely affected by it. A girl like Hazel would use situations normally to gain favour or sympathy but she just doesnt want to even talk about it.

Which means the housemates have to fill each other in on everything why?

If BB didn't deem that the other housemates should know any further details then it's up to Hazel who she is or isn't comfortable talking to.

How many times do we see housemates who have received formal warnings announcing it to the whole house and explaining why? Very rarely.

I'd just like to weigh in with a few thoughts.

1. A lot of people seem to think that this is his fault or her fault. Wrong. The blame belongs to both of them. Daley is a knuckledragger who should not have been allowed on the show in the first place. Any psychologist would have seen that he has issues with both misogyny and violence. To put them in the SH together was a time bomb. Hazel is a classic manipulator. She uses men. I'm thinking that in her travels she may not have encountered anyone as unhinged as Daley and wasn't prepared for the reaction she received. I think that she's lucky it happened in the BB house where she had a safety net and not in some flat alone with a monster.

2. Hazel told the truth to the house. No way. As someone else said there is the truth and the whole truth. Her version is missing some details that might put her in a not so angelic light. People are saying that she didn't want to talk about it. Bollocks, She wanted everyone to know so as to avoid eviction. But she's smart/devious enough to know that by getting Dan to tell the story she can both look more innocent and also avoid some details. She also knows that because Dan is smitten with her, he'll only say things that show her in a good light. I think she knows that she is toast as far as the GBP are concerned and her only hope is not to get nominated.

3. While I agree that NO ONE deserves to have a hand on their throat and to be pinned down, I really don't think that Hazel was scared at any time that night. She knew that BB would intervene if it got out of hand. She also knew that they were both in trouble as soon as BB called Daley to the DR. She immediately went into innocent mode. She jumped out of the bed and sat in the chair and drew her knees up to her chest. Too late. She should have done that immediately after Daley choked her. All she had to do is yell STOP.

I know that I'll probably get a lot of stick for saying some of these things but they're my opinions and if you don't like them.....the message box below is waiting.

no one has said its all her fault.... nearly everyone who is fair minded have said it is both their faults and both behaved awfully in many ways over a period of time

I think youre quote is from the dark ages, everyone has to take responsibility for their actions including women
