Wow, that was such an unpleasant jury session! Ted's accusation of racism was uncomfortable, and Helen mauled Brian
 The fact Helen still voted for Brina though makes me love her more  Thailand: Helen Jan Shii Ann Tanya Brian Penny Jake Ghandia Stephanie Erin Ted Jed John Ken Clay Robb Thailand is definitely the worst of the first five but it's not awful. It lacks story arcs, is full of awful people, and was predictable at times, but it definitely had its moments, and that jury was one of the more memorable ones I'd say. I think it's also helped that I preferred Jan and Helen who made it to the Final Four to early boots (and usual favourites on here) Ghandia and Shii Ann. On to Amazon now (which will inevitably take ages to complete as i'm away to uni in 6 days) Last edited by TomC; 28-08-2016 at 10:12 PM. |

All I have to say on Thailand that hasn't already been said is congrats on making it through the first not-good season of Survivor! (one down, ten-ish to go?)

I mean, 'not good' by Survivor's standards is still pretty good by general reality TV standards, but yeah you've got some... joys to look forward to (you've also got some amazing seasons to look forward to, which balances things out a bit)

I'm watching Amazon rn (couldn't resist).
It is so strange how ethnically undiverse the early seasons of Survivor have been. They've not even had the token black guy this time

Okay I'm screaming at Christy getting 'volunteers' to find material for the shelter and then when Deena brings the shelter and says 'build away', Christy says 'I don't wanna build' and goes off on one about nobody working but her

Yeah the first two episodes have Amazon have got me re-hooked on Survivor. I thought I was coming out of my Survivor faze during Thailand, but I'll probably get through another five seasons now.

Christy is like... I don't want to say she's unlikable but she's ridiculously grating and one of the most annoying people ever
and she was given an OTTP edit too rofl. Shii Ann, Christy, and Eliza are the holy trinity of scrappy underdogs who are annoying as ****
