The Bob situation kind of ruined Thorgy for me, but I don't blame her. I hate it when production try to build storylines that never go anywhere, there was no real climax so it all feels pretty stupid now.

Same happened for Courtney... what was a minor "ugh I wish I won a challenge" becomes so amplified in a desperate attempt to create a villain/bit of drama.

I can't @ the hordes of insecure messes in comments everywhere proclaiming Thorgy is bitter and nasty and horrible because of like, 3 throwaway comments about Bob winning all the time. She's clearly a ****ing sweetheart and good person, calm down

I agree 100% with Shaun about Thorgy, I done get the nasty comments towards her, yeah she did make some off comments but I never felt like she was being bitter...frustrated yeah but not bitter.

Thorgy going over Derrick and Naomi I got sick of her being obsessed with hating on other queens (like Mrs Kasha Davis). Thought she was a lock for the F3 though so it was a little shocking

I think she may be a shoe in for Miss Congeniality but I think the editing might drag her down.

Don't think our Naomi will make Top 3. It'll be easier to get rid of Naomi/Derrick/Chi Chi in the next two episodes, I think it's all to play for between those three but I don't see any of them winning (in fact it's kinda Bob's to lose now Thorgy's out?).

When the beads broke...hell I was already slain by that point with her falling to her knees and her hand shaking before the biggest chorus. Thorgy did well, but yeah that was unstoppable </3

The challenge... I can't really complain about the pairs twist because I think individually it would've just about been Thorgy vs. Chi Chi anyway - Thorgy's campaign might've been better than Kim Chi's but Kim's runway was one of the best looks this season, loved that makeup (and I've never really warmed to Kim all season )

Naomi's individual video (plus that Raven runway ) really should confirm her for top 3 too... that was great. The past two weeks have really upped her status. You would hope Bob is confirmed but with this season who knows.

Untucked was cute with them mostly getting along and loving each other... the 3 of them talking about Thorgy complaining all the time was a little bit petty but meh... I kinda get the impression Bob's a bit cutthroat and would've thrown her under the bus anyway. Oh and Derrick's arrogance gurl.

Sad to see Thorgy go...that could've easily been a "shante you both stay" but fair enough really. She'll probably win MC but I'm personally gonna champion Cynthia for that title.

Would you say I'm missing out on a lot by skipping Untucked? I haven't bothered with watching it since the new format. I don't really have the energy for RTV sister shows

It used to be a lot better but idk... the main show is so fast-paced and rushed that you kinda forget they're actually people and what they think/feel, so it helps to round them a bit and make them seem more sisterly/supportive of each other.

The Interior Illusions-era untuckeds were mostly 'a bit more drama' (which was great in its own way) but also getting stuff like, video messages from family members back home, sometimes meeting the guest judges, seeing their photoshoots, etc. From s7/s8 (the new format) I can only really recall the video tapes from Betty's sister and Trixie Mattel to Kim Chi. I definitely hated on the new format at the beginning (beginning of this series even ) but it's still must-see for me because it helps to portray the queens as real (crying, laughing, hugging, complimenting) people rather than challenge-bitchy cutaway-challenge-bitchy cutaway-runway-lipsync-dancing.

Untucked has greatly improved this season (mainly because the queens have more personality than last years) but I'm still not completely sold on the pace and tone of the show because it is so removed from the main show.
