Political stance and fits the slogan of 'building bridges' but they have been slow revealing each artist that I got bored and I doubt their song will meet my demands I have set for them.

Tonight has been a disaster in general, bar Slovenia. Melfest continues to be a mess, Hungary have sent a dullard and then don't get me started on Moldova or that hideous noise from Finland ~begrudgingly updates the thread~

It's very weak yes, a couple of good songs that are worth listening to a few times like Latvia and Estonia, but it's not a special year. Still got 18 songs to come in though, so hopefully a few will.

I do sort-of like the Slovenian one. And the Cypriot entry. The less said about Finland the better. And Macedonia & Belarus are wank too.

Entries i like -
Maldova - Simply made me want to dance from the first 10 seconds. I think it's absolutely hilarious. It reminds me of Liberty X for some reason?  Eduaud looks like someone straight out of the 90's - wtf is that hair about. Im excited to see how this is performed, i can see it making the final, easy. (if it's not sung crap on the night) Favourite lyrics - The future that you’re painting, Got me all anticipating, go!The Netherlands - I'm loving the 'Why? why-ai-ai-ai' part of this song, it's extremely catchy and it's a perfect song for Eurovision. I can just imagine it getting stuck in everyones heads - whether they like it or not. Favourite lyrics - Why? why-ai-ai-ai (this is not a little crush) Georgia - I love Nina's look first and foremost, she reminds me of Amy Lee from Evanescence. The song is alright, i didn't love it straight away be but it's beginning to grow on me. Favourite lyrics - Oooh oooh, I'm a warrior, still stuck in my mind. Serbia - The performance was fabulous and i didn't expect the costume change, i liked how they used her as a projector too. Favourite part of the song (as i have not the foggiest clue what she is saying) - Her outfit going from white to red and the song development from there! Also when she hit those high notes, she can sing!Ireland - The best ballad of the year so far for me, i think Molly is adorable. Favourite lyrics - Oh, while I played with white lies and fiction. Unbeknownst to you, I played the victim. Well that was the last time I pierce you Latvia - I love how Aminata sings and i think she's absolutely stunning. Love Injected is probably my favourite Eurovision song of this year so far. I think with the right performance and right slot it could win. Favourite lyrics - Show me the source of the light, I’m becoming affected. Seeing the glow of the way, is what I have detected. Seeing it then in my life, It’s so shiny reflective. Love injected, love injected. (don't even know if it makes sense but i love it

Top 5 for me so far are
Latvia Estonia Lithuania Ireland Serbia But I still anticipate Germany, Austria, Sweden and Norway hopefully doing the right thing and picking the entries I fell in love with. |

i actually love this (excuse the electro violin woman that looks like she's having a fit) slovenia is always so underrated  this contest, in terms of entries looks like a very different one to the ones we've had in the past and im really excited to see what the show has in store |
