OK, not being totally serious with the title...but I am soo pissed off right now it is unbelievable.

A while ago we got a complaint about there being ONE dog poo in our yard, for a whole 6 hours while we were out. Oh my good god, phone the police why dont you?!

We knew it was the silly cow next door, because when we moved in she was annoyed that we had a dog, and now shes trying everything possible to get us to get rid of him. Though she denied she has put the complaint in at the time.

This morning, i got up to find my mother-in-law quite upset...because the witch next door had had a go at her because there was, again A dog poo in the yard. Im sure she expects us to chase after the dog with a shovel just incase he poos...it gets cleaned every night but he was scratching at the door at like 5am, so i let him out and I sure as hell wasnt going out that time of night to pick a poo up. So I left it to do this morning.

Its not even anything to do with my mother in law...god knows why the silly old **** had a go at her for it. And she also admitted that it was HER that put the complaint in at the council about it before, and she is going to do it again.

It has **** all to do with her what MY dog does in MY yard. I could slightly understand it if there were constantly loads of poos there, but to complain about one, or even two I think it pretty pathetic. Especially since it is not her yard anyway.

She seems to think that she couldnt open her window this morning because the smell from that ONE poo was making her feel sick...all the way from my house to hers...I find that very hard to believe.

My mother has suggested letting it die down a bit and the posting cat poo through her letterbox, since her cat poos in my yard a lot and I end up being stuck clearing that up too. I quite like that idea to be hones,t even though i think its quite vile but it might shut the daft **** up a bit. If not it will certainly make me feel better.

Really needed to vent, and any help...be it in the form of ways to piss her off more, or ways to get her to ****...would be gladly appreciated.

seriously???? I thought it was a communal yard when I started reading first. What a *****ing bitch! I doubt she has a leg to stand on there though, your yard is none of her business

You should do what she is doing and complain about her cat. You would have an actual valid complaint though cos it's doing it in your yard

Thats what i thought.

If it was a communal yard, I would gladly clean up the second he did it, because I wouldnt just let him roam around like he does now, but im not standing at my door all say watching to see if he poos or not. I think its fine to check it on a night and clean it then...its doing noone any harm.

The fact that she reckons she can smell it from her sitting room is what is annoying me most of all...to be honest. What a load of ****e

I told her, last time she was moaning about it...that her cat does it, and cat poo smells worse than dog poo anyway, and is awful to clean.

Her excuse? i cant control where my cat goes....

I have no problem with doing it...but I am going to start having a problem with it if she carries on like this.

haha literally! But yeah, unless your yard was over flowing with sh1t then I doubt they would take her complaint seriously, if they did they would be basically setting a precedent for anyone to complain about their neighbour having a rubbish bin in their yard etc.

We got a letter telling us about the complaint...but no warnings or anything.

The only thing thats scaring me slightly, is that she has BOUGHT her house, so the council will want to keep her happy

God, I could literally kill her right now. I swear next time I see her peering over into our yard to see if there are any poos there, Im going to tip a bucket of water over her head from upstairs, now THAT would be fun

I dont think she could even complain about that, because she shouldnt have her head hanging over my property in the first place

The council are well used to petty little neighbour squabbles so I wouldn't worry too much about it tbh but I would put in the complaint about her cat, just so she's aware that 2 can play at that game, it might just shut her up!

I dont think I could...with her owning her house

I dont think the council could actually do anything about it

I hate grasses...but it probably is better to play her at her own game, instead of using my own ideas

well yeah, you're ideas sound good but could get you into trouble

you could take a picture of the cat poo and send it into them and say that it's her own cats poo that causing the smell and you had to clean it from your yard

But there is no smell! Thats whats annoying.

It only smells if you are right up close to it, so the smell from the dog/cat poo wont even bother her unless she is crawling into my yard just to sniff it so she can complain...which quite frankly, wouldnt surprise me

And yeah, think i will do that...though i really hope I dont get drunk anytime soon...I wont be able to stop myself doing something stupid then, I have virtually no self control when drinking

I don't know. You could also tip-ex her car, break her windows. Phone her up and tell her she's ordered delux double bed and thaT it will be with her this afternoon, then put the phone down before she can say anything. The list goes on. PM me if you want any more ideas.

Not doing anything that could be traced back to me for the minute, give it a month or two or trying niamhs idea first

BTW, Vicky - I got an infraction of 3 points for saying to someone that their profile pic was scary. What does this mean. When does it expire and how many points do you get before being banned ?

It was a personal insult. As the picture was actually OF that member :/

And I think its 9 points for a ban
