Even if Matt doesnt win (which might be better for him as I saw suggested somewhere), he'd definitely get signed - I'd buy his album too! Or download it anyway ^.^

Aiden, Matt and Rebecca are who I can see as the last 3, then anything is possible, Mary is really good on the big dramatic ballads but I don't think she will get the really young votes to win.

Once she doesn't do a big production ballad and maybe doesn't get to use her voice in the powerful way she likes to, then the public may not like that.She is there for a fair while yet but I can't see her winning it outright.

Unless he has some epic breakdown - its hard to see how Matt doesn't walk away with this thing if the public has any sense,

I agree with many others saying Rebecca has all possibility of catching up with him.

Yes, I can easily see Mary taking third (and maybe she can win due to public love of her story).

But at this time it really looks like Matt is just that one level above it all and the standard bearer and the man to beat.
