Default Daybreak to be took over by ITV Studios?

Quote:
The ITV Studios team responsible for I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! reportedly want to take over breakfast show Daybreak.

The Sun reports that the morning programme's bosses held crisis talks after viewing figures fell to 580,000 on Monday.

ITV Studios - which makes the jungle reality show, This Morning and Loose Women - is now said to want to see over the show as it believes it can do a better job than the current team.

"Things are going from bad to worse on Daybreak," an ITV source told the paper. "We went for revolution rather than evolution when we axed GMTV, but now it's us who are against the wall."

The falling ratings have sparked speculation that host Christine Bleakley may quit the show, despite attempts to make the set "warmer" and secure bigger name guests

LMAO, Nothing is going to save that show to be honest.

It's the definition of a complete and UTTER fail.
GMTV was just fine

This. Don't try to fix something if it is not already broken!

Like seriously,

If you think 'I feel sorry for you' is an insult? Then you will actually have a break down at some of the stuff that gets thrown around this site on a daily bases.

Of you go now.

LMAO

This guy who like made a thread in April and updates it when Digital Switchover is happening [There's not one reply in the thread apart from Ross, they are all by him so it's like who cares when Digital Switchover is? x]

And I was like 'I feel sorry for you '

Hardly an insult.

Then he got all insulted and PMs me and is like 'do u go out ??? ' and I'm like 'Oh you creep' and then he said 'im da man u wish u wer!!' and I was like

Then he got banned for spamming the mods with reports and now he's back as some other guy as you can see 'Mat' who's trying to act like he isn't the same bloke, it's all quite funny

I get it now, thanks. And yeah that thread he updates is odd LOL, he bumps it like every week and I keep viewing it and it seems so pointless

Daybreak is crap. Whenever I watch it its just like Rudetube but without the swearing and then BBC3 girl will do the odd news update

I still miss GMTV, I tend to flick between Sky News Sunrise and Sky Sports News these days and then I'll still watch Lorraine if I'm in at 8.30
