Which is the harshest punishment and should the Gillian McKeith one be adopted in order to tackle high crime rates and lack of prison spaces?

I voted for an hour with gillian, without reading the topic properly, thought it was which one I'd choose! I'd honestly rather spend an hour with gillian cos itd be hilarious to take the piss out of her. But if it was upped to more than an hour I'd genuinely be torn! :P
