I heard Britney Spears- Stronger is one of them
I think the top 5 are a lot more diverse than usual this time so its hard to find a song that will suit all of them |

It will mean that each song could be released as a single.
With just one winner's song it means every other recording is nearly always dumped. (apart from Gareth Gates version of Evergreen) |

Oh, actually that would be a good idea for next year, like they did with Pop Stars the Rivals, if the three finalists all realised a song and whichever one gets to number one wins

This could benefit Cher & One Direction since they'll probably get faster up tempo songs which would go down better with the public (just look at the charts most of the time). I'm glad their doing it but it could lead people to vote for the song rather then the performer.

Those are the laziest song choices I've ever heard. Unless they're 'planted' to throw people off the scent - as I suspect the Delta Goodrem one (Born To Try) was a couple of years ago.

I'd be surprised if we get any usual X Factor ballads this year as last year showed that the public was bored of them, look at the new Charity Single it's still shocking but it's got a different flavour to the previous ones.
We'll probably got some songs in a similar vein to Don't Stop Believing and such as you can tell Simon regretted not going with that last year judging by the fact they dropped The Climb for it at the NTA performance. |

Simon couldn't get permission to release DSB as a Joe McElderry single.

I was thinking that they should do this today. And sure enough its what they are doing. Because all 5 acts have different voices

I am not liking some of the potential winning songs. They will be ruined
