I hate when snow starts to melt, but then it freezes all over...

I was trying to walk to School earlier, since my parents don't drive and I have no choice but to walk and I had to take really tiny steps because it was so slippy, but I fell nonetheless and bruised my leg.

After sitting on the floor for like 20 seconds in shock, I got up again and then IDK what happened but I fell again sort of backwards and managed to hit my head, and I was really shocked as to how much it hurt and burst into tears, so this dude is all coming over like "Are you okay? Do you need help?" and I'm like .

He told me to go home and tell someone, so I did and now my mum told me to stay here.

I was really scared I was going to slip trying to walk back, but I managed it. I had my Violin with me too so I guess it contributed to me not being able to balance well, but woah, ice is so scary.

What's the ice like for everyone else?
