Default Why do some members never....
create threads?

I've always wondered why some members(Stacey, Gypsygoth to name, er, two) never, or rarely, create new threads.

Is there any reason for this? Surely you must occasionally get the urge? It's not like they need to have any great substance(look at mine....actually, look at thebeasts instead. ).

So what stops members from creating new threads? And to broaden the conversation....

do those who start new threads ever worry about how many replies theyll get? Or do you not care?

I think some people worry about creating a thread for the sake of it? Or most of us maybe just can't think of anything worth making a new thread for lol?

I used rarely create threads incase they were sh1te and no one would reply but I decided that I should make an effort and have been threading(?) more lately

Yeah I have probably made too many threads and most have either 0 or 1 reply! It just depends what you feel like at that moment in time!! Just make it..... DO IT!!

Yeah I know the word you wanted to use is on the banned list.

I know what you mean though, some people just dont like starting threads in case they get the piss ripped out of them or no one bothers to respond to it. Fear of failure and embarassment is a big barrier.

I suppose some dont like stepping forward for a myriad of other reasons.

Saying that though, this thread could well become the cause of a hundred thousand threads of sh1te
