My sister was telling me about this. She had read it in glamour. I personally somewhat agree with this. I don't think anyone is totally not attracted to a certain gender and it's only social expectations that is why not everyone is considered bi.

I've heard a fair few folk say this over the years, and I'm not sure I agree. Using this logic then nobody would be 100% homosexual either. And I can't speak for any straight guys or girls but I'm pretty sure I am 100% homosexual. Lol.

I think there is an element of truth in the statement. What amazes me is that it has been taken from Glamour magazine. Surely the only time - ever - that a statement in Glamour magazine has stimulated any kind of debate that wasn't based on lip gloss, shoes or celebrities.

As a gay man I think this statement is ridiculous and can say that I am 100% gay. Yes, I find a lot of women attractive, I can appreciate how beautiful some females are, but do I want to sleep with them? No. And I think that's exactly the same with the majority of heterosexual men and women. Like InOne said, it just seems to be an equality statement just to try and make everybody think that we're all 'not so different from each other,' but who the **** cares if we do have different tastes?

That's the thing with this it's undiscoverble. But it depends how sexuality is controlled, in the body whether it's hormones, enviromental or just random. but I think sexuality may be a grey scale rather than black and White.

It's a hard one to judge, but it would also mean that no homosexual person is 100% homosexual. I can find women attractive, but I would never sleep with them.

How do you explain people who 'turn' gay or 'turn' straight. It doesn't happen though. I'd imagine there's a small margin of difference maybe 99% gay/straight.

Obviously that's a big part but I mean last time I checked a relationship wasn't all about sex. Personally I would consider myself to be 100% straight because it's very hard to ever imagine myself with another man but you don't have to want to sleep with someone.
Sounds soppy but you could just "love" a person. After all, about 20 years ago we'd've all been considered "sluts" for wanting sex before marriage. :')

Yes, I love lots of girls, they're called my friends. Having sex or wanting to have sex with men is what makes me hetrosexual and not asexual imo

I don't really agree with that I think because, like Ben said, it would mean that no homosexual is 100% homosexual, and I know that its pretty much impossible for me to find a woman sexually attractive. :/
