I think it's time for the other Platt sibling to return, while it would be nice to have Tina back, I wouldnt be bothered about her being recast.

Rosie Webster (Recast)
I'd definately recast Rosie, and I'd make her come back as somewhat intelligent instead of a dimwit, Old Rosie was never a dimwit, she wasnt super clever, but she wasnt an idiot.
