Default Rate the house

Ok so everyone seems to love the new BB house but i for one am not that impressed.

Its all to samey samey, with the garden furniture being reused, the same pool, pretty much the same layout in the living room and the bedroom looks like a cross between BB11,BB12 and CBB9.

The layout just hasnt changed enough for my liking.

But whats your thoughts?

I love the decor, but hate the fact the layout still hasn't changed much. The DR still being in the same place for the fifth series in a row is just irritating.

The second or third option for me, but only judging from all the pics I've seen so far. I voted the second option for now.

I like it but I was expecting a bigger layout change + some of the neon lights and stairs leading right into the living area need to go.

It's far better than the BB12/CBB9's houses - but it has nothing on the Channel 4 houses.

The layout should of been changed alot more, the pool should of moved place aswell - I still think it's a lovely house though but I expect it'll look horrendous on TV - because they're still using silly designs on the wall like in the bedroom and the garden, and those kind of designs look stupid on camera.

Like I said before: it's pretty but would it kill them to move the rooms around for once?

Be thing I really miss is the stairs being something housemates and viewers only saw during evictions. I miss the diary room having its own little door thing like it had in BB8 and before. I hate it being under the stairs ugh

I like it but still too similar to last year's layout.
The entrance, livign area and garden are all really nice. Not keen on the golden bathroom though and think the bedroom and outdoor dining area are a bit similar to BB7.

They moved the bedroom and bathroom+kitchen but not the living room or diary room. I really like the garden except the print walls, they look **** on camera and on one wall the same towers are there twice. I really like it apart from this and the living room looks great

6/10. I think it's ok. I quite like the living area but the bathroom is horrible.

The brown sofas and diary room entrance ruin it for me, though I like the rest. They should have shelled it though.

It's a lot better than previous years, I have to admit that. Last year's (BB12) just looked tacky and crap. No design went into it at all.

I kinda agree. CBB8 had an aquatic theme with the fish on the walls, the bright sofas and the bathroom but when it was tweaked for BB12 and became autumn-y the alpine forrest wallpaper didn't go with the same bright sofas. Plus the smoking area sofa had the cow print which suddenly disappeared and was replaced with the CBB8 one again?

first of all its a studio made to look like a house
you need to realise the time and money it would take to start again from scratch the location of the camera runs and the miles of cable all play a big part in the layout and why would you go to those lenghts on a show that was dropped by another channel
also it will be trashed within weeks as housemates treat i like a hotel and throw food all over it
last year the dirty pigs could not even wash up in the sink instead taking it to the bath to wash the mountains of dirty plates cups and pans
i think its a good house and at the end of the day its the housemates that make the show not the house.

Yeah, that was weird. Anything linked to CBB's designs can only be a bad thing. From what I've seen of that show, everything's so tacky and painful for the eye to look at and it's a massive shame the the people who designed the house for BB12 had to copy that crap. It really was utter shambles.
