Back in the days of golden gaming, most had one comsole and stuck to it, until the next generation came out. Was you a fan of Nintendo (who had the NES, SNES, N64), Sega (which made the Master System, MegaDrive and Saturn) or Sony (who, at the time of the N64 and Saturn, only had PS)?

I mean when i was a kid, that's order i had them. We had Sega Genesis instead of Super Nintendo. All of my friends had sega too. I didn't know anyone that had a super nintendo.
Then we got Nintendo 64, and played Mario Kart and Goldeneye all the time.

For me nothing will beat the era of Snes/MegaDrive the best rivalry in video gaming history, both had such fantastic games aswell.

Also i had a sega Game Gear, which was the sega version of Game Boy. When i was growing up Sega was way cooler than Nintendo.
But yea, then N64 came out, and totally destroyed Sega.

My aunt had a Saturn and I used to love that but it never got a following really, Sega ****ed it up with the Saturn and pissed off alot of video-game companies, meaning it didn't do well. The DreamCast was doing okish, but then the PS2 came along.

PS2 totally destroyed gamecube. and also their brand games sucked. Super Mario Sunshine was horrible. Worst game in the Mario francise.

That was amazing imo. If you think that's the worst ever Mario game, may I point you in the direction of Super Mario Pinball? Last edited by Jake.; 06-09-2012 at 11:10 AM. |

Gawd, i remember back when there were still Blockbuster rental stores everywhere, and on Friday nights, my mom would let us rent 2 movies and 1 video game lol. That was always the rule. and of course my brother and I would argue about which game to get. and we'd bargain with each other, if you let me pick this week, you get to choose next week. Gawd, bringing back soooo many memories. lol i'm feeling all nostalgic now

All of this is bringing back memories I remeber going to my nan and grandads house in Weymouth, and she had a Megadrive and a box full of games. Anybody else ever play Talmits Adventure? (Marvel Land in the US)
