well this is not a new problem, it has been going on for years. The difference is now dark men are glorified called sex god ( Idris) and dark women are called gargoyles and those dark men are siding more with the media rather then their race. So basically the black girls feel it more now because we are alone. where as before we could take the insults about our huge lips and noses as a united race

No, you're right it's not new but it's become worse. The fact is whites rarely sang r n b or soul in 1960s or rap years ago now they are dominating these genres in 2013. Biggest r nb singers in 2013 - robin thicke, justin timberlake, and rap acts macklemore, and iggy azealia. The media only cared about twerking as miley cyrus did it. Black women are no longer needed.

When film execs were discussing making a posthumous film about whitney houston apparently an executive asked about the viability of getting a white actress to play her.

Why have hannah when you can have a "cute" white soul or urban girl like adele, iggy azealia, katy b or joss stone. Mixed women are acceptable as the people who own media and labels often find them attactive, dark skinned women, not so much. Tennis star Serena Williams is one of the greatest players yet blond Sharipova gets $9m a year more in sponsorships. The only other ueber famous " black black " women are Oprah (she'd never be a star now starting in 2013), Michelle Obama, and Oscar winner/ singer Jennifer Hudson. Kelly Roland ( or Michelle Williams ) was never going to be as huge as Beyonce. Sese Foster (pregnant one) in Miss Dynamix has loads of charisma but imo was only going ever going to be a marketable proposition in being in a group with 2 lighter skinned black girls, she auditioned with 2 white guys so even she knows the score. Will.I.Am admitted that when Black Eye Peas were scouting for a female vocalist a white female was the most viable option.

I was in a posh chelsea pub on night of first x factor live show and thought I would miss it
but surprisingly the pub had tv with x factor on. Hannah opened the show and the crowd were repulsed by her. "Ewwww" "she's the rough copy" , "can't bare to look at her", " ok voice, but not right looks"

As a black woman it saddens me but for showbiz 2013 she's too black for music industry now. So Cowell will want rid off her - as he revealed he did against miss dynamix.
