Default The Killer Nomination

Turns out it could have been a bit of a blessing for Jale, every week she doesn't have to worry about being put up or paranoid about who nominated her, she's just up and that's it. Alot of people arguments and sh**ty attitudes come out when they find out they've been nominated and it can have a massive effect on the publics opinions on them. What seemed to be a bad thing for Jale and a good thing for Helen may have had exactly the opposite effect. Thoughts?

Great insight!

This years BB is a complete mind****.

I've never seen a house that feels so victimized when put up for eviction, they all seem to take it personal.

So yeah, Jale has it good because the person who did that to her has gone, and no bad feelings towards others

It has worked for her, mainly because she just gets on with it now and it is commendable how she has dealt with this.

The last sentence of your post Niamh I think sums it all up perfectly too.

Jale would probably have been put up everyweek anyway,so this way it's the same but less stress as she isn't left wondering who nommed her etc.

Yeah exactly, it kind of takes the sting out of having to listen to her name being called

Completely agree...this house is so paranoid that Jale can just sit back each week and go with the flow. It may have been different if she had been up every week and not allowed to nominate but at least she is allowed to get her noms in too

Jale is in the safest position in the house ironicly I think, just like Dexter. Being up for eviction doesnt mean you'll go, but reacting badly to a nomination is almost certain to put you in the firing line which is something Ash doesnt seem to understand.

i think it has gained her a lot of support but she has to be the most aware constantly because she could lose that safeness very quickly with just one mistake and she's gone

She'd have a pretty good idea who anyway but yeah, easier for her to deal with.

It'd be a BB record if she made it to the final (without the killer nom being stripped from her).

Maybe it'd have been nice to make the power HMs' powers obsolete once they're evicted... but then as you say it's not doing Jale any damage.

It's doable if they carry on with the 3 or more nominees up eachtime, things get harder when it's one on one

definetly, the moment Pauline put her up I said that she had done Jale a favour cause now we wouldnt let her go

that may have changed had she been a **** HM but she gets better and better!

She'll make the final unless she has a meltdown or starts to get cocky once others leave

..I agree it's a good thing for Jale because of the sort of person she is but maybe wouldn't have been for a lot of the other who would have found it too hard to use the same self control and could have been evicted more or less straight away..it's the same also as Pauline, she got the power and it was her downfall so not really a good thing..I'm not sure that Jale would have been able to relax so much on a VTS though...

Yep, she doesn't have to put up with the drama of being nominated by the rest of the group.

And it take away the boring predictability that noms can bring.
