I've only seen the first four episodes so far, but what has Frankie done that's made him so vile? Seems to be a TON of hate for him on here.

I could say a lot but I would potentially ruin some of the events you'll be seeing.
To put it mildly; he is a delusional, vindictive loser, who has to live with sitting in his sister's shadow (actually feel sorry for him a little because of this) and over-compensates his accomplishments, which most are only due to Ariana being his sister.

People treat BB way too morally, as a Housemate he has been very entertaining JoshBB, I can understand if he doesn't become your favourite as Zach is quite awesome himself, and Devin makes his mark lol.
But people like Donny, Cody, Brittany, Nicole, VICTORIA!, oh and Amber do not deserve to beat Frankie for the vote at the end imo.

It's more impersonal but it's still really gross and makes me feel icky just watching it. And let's be real, everything involving Frankie and his grandfather (milking his death with long eulogies conveniently timed for BBAD, letting Jocasta perform a funeral of sorts and then saying that she should kill herself the very same week, blaming his sloppy gameplay on his grandfather's death) is such a gross level of opportunism that would've fit in perfectly last season with all the racism and whatnot.

I agree with one thing, a lot of people watching BB, especially on here it seems, take morals a little too seriously for a show. Like every little thing, as if they don't do or say some wrong things sometimes. Although don't get me wrong, if they keep doing morally wrong things there's a chance I'll start disliking the person as well.
I personally look more for general character traits I like or dislike more than analyzing everything they say, especially in the heat of the moment because a whole lot of people will say some messed up stuff in anger (or trying to be funny for that matter, which Frankie does a lot, even though he's not actually that funny). The thing with Frankie is I don't see him as very entertaining either. At times yeah but mostly annoying. I mainly don't like his personality as a whole, even without taking into consideration some of the things he says.

reasons to not like franke: - his name is frankie - his hair - he acts 18 but is 35 - he has an ugly intro - he has a job as a "youtube personality" - he had nick in a youtube video - he molested nick in a youtube video - he is related to someone who needs to STOP copying mariah!!! - he talks too much - he talks too loud - he talks - he has a nomance with someone who looks like a foot - he nominates minorities - he nominates women - he aligns with males - he aligns with str8 white males - he aligns with str8 white males in large numbers - he prides himself on keeping large number alliances together - he tries to convince us he knows how to play the game - he kills drama - he tattles - he disguises the two above as "playing smart" - he thinks we care weither his gameplay is smart - his edit is a lie - he makes everything about him when we have better personalities - he ugly cries - he tells everyone his butthole is raw. yummy! - he told jocasta "jacosta" odom to kill herself - other things
