I think they should scrap BBOTS and allow the back room staff to show is highlights and bits from behind the scenes.

BB never said that he said it, they said it was a real tweet.

You can't sue BB for saying that it was a real tweet.

Perez never said it, but was annoyed that it was implied to be by him.

BB can say that they never implied that it was by him.

Then in court it would need for BB to show the tweet.

BB would show the tweet by someone else.

BB would be proved innocent that there was a real tweet. Perez would be told that there was no implication against him.
