Default At the Final PMQs the PM answered Miliband : so Miliband would not accept it?

He said will the Prime Minister
rule out a VAT increase

The PM said : Yes.

And Fecking Miliband would not trust his word
so why ask the fecking question.

VAT is High Now
if anything it should come down
