A new Big Brother 2015 ‘Cash Bomb’ nominations twist has given Harry, Jack, Nick and Sam the chance to bid prize fund money for safety – if they were willing to sacrifice Chloe Wilburn.
For yesterday’s nominations, housemates raced each other to press a button in order to stop the prize fund counting down, earn themselves immunity and nominate another housemate. Harry, Jack, Nick and Sam were all put up for the public vote, while Cristian, Danny and Joel earned immunity – leaving Chloe in limbo. With the jackpot standing at £45,900, this afternoon Big Brother gathered the group to reveal another twist – which gave the nominees the chance to bid for safety. Each of the foursome was given a board and a pen, so they could secretly write down the amount of money they’d be willing to sacrifice from the prize fund for their safety. The highest bidder would no longer face the public vote, and their bid deducted from the prize fund. The highest possible bid – £45,900 – would reduce it to zero. However, they’d also have to pass their nomination on to another housemate – and as Cristian, Danny and Joel are immune, Chloe was the only possible candidate. If all four nominees bid zero, then Chloe would remain safe and they would remain in the firing line. It is currently unclear how a tie for the highest bid would have been broken. The result of the twist is expected to be revealed tomorrow. Read more: http://www.bbspy.co.uk/bb16/news/070...#ixzz3f2jquHgQ |
