And if so why? I've honestly never done it just because I'm worried that nobody would ever take my opinions seriously on here if I was lying about how I feel about things at that given moment.

it depends what you mean.
sometimes i point out the logical fallacies of people that i might other wise agree with. in other words, i might agree with their point of view generally, but i will still point out the flaws in their logic. sometimes people that are on the same side as me, say really stupid things, and i have no problem telling them that they said something stupid, that doesn't necessarily mean that i disagree with their larger point though. sometimes smart people say stupid things, and sometimes stupid people say smart things. as long as people are making sense, i don't have a problem. if you say something i disagree with, that's okay, along as you are making sense when you do it. Livia is a perfect example of someone i disagree with often, but at least she has sound logic behind what she says, so i still always respect what she says. it's the people that just repeat mindless soundbites from something they heard on the news and can't defend their opinions, those people i have no respect for.
