I hate this trial by media,it makes a laughing stock of our justice system because as you say, even if nothing is done as to charges, some will now believe he is guilty of something.

I almost really hope the CPS throw this out, I really do because it smells rather to me.
As do a lot of these 'historic' cases, odd how once compensation may be a part of things, people crawl out the woodwork with claims of abuse.

Is this politically correct with hunt going to be allowed to continue to destroy so many peoples lives or is someone in this country going to grow enough backbone to change the laws on naming and shaming people before any evidence is provided, before any charge is made, before any court case starts,...Furthermore when will the 100s of false accusers start going to prison for many years? Doesn't really matter if it's made illegal, truth... These things just get around online anyway. Sure, they can't be printed in the prehistoric paper press, but that matters less and less with each passing year. The younger generations get their news online and a lot of it is word of mouth / twitter / Facebook etc. And if anything... That can easily become a big game of Chinese Whispers if there's nothing published officially to lay out the (approximate) facts.

It's like the utter farce of these celeb injunctions. Just draws more attention and all you have to do is Google to find out what it's all about.
