Default Lack of social media response to attack in Nice.

Has anyone noticed this? It's... Odd. Unsettling, almost, given the usual post sharing and viral-picture-changing that goes on. I'm just wondering WHY there has been so little response to this compared to other recent attacks, including previous attacks in France?

Do you think it's something specific to do with this attack? A lot of people don't seem to realise it wasn't an accident.

OR has the "casual empath" simply reached saturation point over the last few months, and become completely desensitised to news like this?

Dare we even call it... Boredom?

And if so, what does that mean about the quality of the sympathy that has been offered previously?
