Big Little Lies is an upcoming American comedy miniseries series created by David E. Kelley, based on the book of the same name by Liane Moriarty. The series will air on HBO The pilot episode was written by Kelley. The series will consist of seven episodes, all directed by Jean-Marc Vallée. The series began filming in January 2016. In October 2016, HBO released a teaser trailer. The series will premiere on February 19, 2017.

Yeah there are so many huge names!

Definitely Madeline too, or Celeste. There all amazing but I think those two are so loveable.

I thought who died was really clever, I really didn't expect it at all, it was still relevant and worked really well.

I love how cinematic it is!

Perry would turn out to be the one who raped Jane and I thought she'd kill him. Bonnie being the one who did it was a surprise though. Oh how gorgeous is Zoe Kravitz too

One of the twins would be the one hurting Amabella

But a part from it being a little predictable with those things it was fantastic and it didn't take away from the show

Oh wow you're good! I honestly never suspected it, it might be because I've not watched many adult dramas so I'm usually always shocked! It definitely was, I never expected it to be her. Apparently in the back there's a lot more to her backstory!

Normally I'm quite good at predicting things but with not BLL.

It really was fantastic, I pray there's a season 2.

I can't see it going past a season 2/3 but it would be lovely to at least have 1 more season.

Well he was violent and aggressive with sex/women and I noticed that him and Jane never met so she would never have seen him before so i thought it was a big possibility

Normally i like stories to wrap up and not drag on too much but there's so much more potential there, the characters are so interesting and could be explored much more, especially Bonnie and Renata i think, as we only got a glimpse of their lives and back stories

Yeah it wrapped up so well, it all unfolded into place like a jigsaw puzzle. I agree, it could go on forever because the characters are amazing and it's a gem of a show.

I did think that, I kept telling myself it's going to be Celeste because she is the only one with a real threat ((violent husband) and it's normally that way, it would have been heartbreaking if one the girls had died.

I felt genuinely sad when it was all over! When I initially read what is was about I thought it was going to be a comedy about rich bitches and it didn't appeal at all.. the characters were just amazing though! Every single one of them!

Yeah the characters are flawless.

Same, the last episode was a masterpiece and it genuinely was quite said. I hope there will be a season 2, it's a beautiful show.
