Nicola apologising to Speidi makes no sense

If she thinks she's done nothing wrong then why say sorry? She said she messed up?

I think Spencer taught she was trying to get in with Coleen group and i think he was right. This made him not trust her.
I don't think she should have said sorry, but her doing so proves how desperate she is not to be nominated
