Just wanted to create a thread as there have been so many threads or comments that are ANTI ELLIE after the kiss with Sam while people continue to support Chanelle. I quite liked Channelle at the start and was on the fence about Ellie. Overall this is my least favourite BB but if I just take the last weeks highlights for example

Chanelle has had a face on her for most of the highlights show like she has been stung by a wasp. When she sees people are getting on and having fun and she isn't part of it she starts moaning or whinging trying to bring stuff back to HERSELF as centre attention. Her saying 'I am only looking out for my friend' DOES NOT WASH with me. She is only happy if she is the centre of attention and for me is turning out to be one of the biggest bitches ever in the house and that's saying something

Ellie is dreadful when she has been drinking she is totally out of control and doesn't give a stuff what she does or says. But hasn't this happened so many times before when housemates are drunk. She made a huge mistake with Lotan latching on to him and when he didn't have the BALLS to speak to her properly telling her he isn't interested and MOVING away from her when she began clinging to him she thought he was fair game. She is not very bright but at times she is really funny and has laughed in the house a million times more than Chanelle.

Sam said in his VT he fancied Ellie, and of course she saw that. I am not mad about Sam I think he only said it in the house he would get in the house. Well Chanelle who was one of the pickers WASNT HAVING THAT. Fair enough day one they kiss and it looks like there is a showmance on the cards but if people don't like it BOTH are to blame not just Ellie. For the record she is not a small child so the three lads should butt out and let them get on with it. I would rather a THOUSAND Ellies than one Chanelle. I think the general public quite like Ellie also looking at her betting odds. It could all change but I would be more than happy if either her or Kieran won. Definitely the least offensive housemates in there. So everyone will support who they want to support but even if I was Chanelles biggest fan I would have gone RIGHT off her. Who the hell is she to say Ellie kissing Sam was wrong when she walks round the house with her tits out and piddles in the hot tub. NOT THAT is not right my dear

Chanelle is funny Ellie is not, they're both fame hungry but Chanelle is atleast entertaining while she's trying to hog the cameras

The kissing thing doesnt really change how I see Ellie as a person, it does however change how I watch Big Brother as a viewer because it pisses me off and bores me. Therefore I'd rather one or both of them leave.

Kissing aside, I prefer Chanelle anyway.

I quite like Ellie, actually. She does have a potty mouth but she seems quite sweet, and fact that she doesn't have implants, a duck bill and isn't botoxed to the point of death makes a nice change.

Chanelle hasn't entertained me at all...she hasn't once made me laugh. All her antics are deliberate and fake...

Great post....With Chanelle it's all mememe....Ellie getting showmance airtime is really pissing Chanelle off.
I find Ellie pathetic really...but she's inoffensive and she's not a bitch. Agree I too would rather have 100 Ellie's over Chanelle.

never have liked chanelle, shes too self obsessed, thinks shes the queen bee. always liked ellie & she has slowly developed into my fav. shes funny, real, genuine & seems chuffed to bits that sam seems to like her (on his part, not sure if hes genuine)

Chanelle has an horrible personality but she at least brings something, whereas Ellie is a sweet girl but brings nothing to the table.

Ellie wins this one hands down for me. She's a nice kid, even if she is making a prat out of herself over Sam. Can't stand Chanelle

I just look at the Forums that help back up my opinion on what I see on the highlight shows.

Chanelle gets talked about as an individual for her crude comments, her actions as an individual in the house (such as pissing in the pool or spitting in Kieran's direction) the fact that she is one of the more wity Housemates in a series that lacks any humour is a bonus. And I do love a Housemate that creates interesting discussions on the Forum for her car crash behaviour.

Then we go to Ellie, her only threads seem to be she's like Chloe from BB16, or her Showmances being really boring. No offense to the people that are opening up these threads but it just shows you how much weaker Ellie is as a Housemate compared to Chanelle that they are the only threads that get opened about her, including the incredibly funny Purple Aki jokes that Locke and Novo have been doing was still about her Showmance with Lotan.

So yeah I am with TIBB on Chanelle being a better Housemate than Ellie.
