When i do have breakfast it's when i just woke up and toothpaste makes it taste weird so i do it after.

After (if I'm having breakfast but I very rarely have it)

I always want to brush my teeth after a meal anyway now I've got my braces on, I didn't find it a problem before and just brushed twice a day but now I brush three-four times because my mouth always feels so dirty with these braces on.

but mine aren't Invisalign (and I can be okay it just depends what I've eaten, some things make my mouth feel dirtier than others)

I don't get time to eat my breakfast till I get to work, and I brush before leaving the house, so technically before.
