Default Do you do Scratchcards?

I do

I honestly dread to think of the money I spend on them, but only since I worked in retail

No.

I work in betting shops so see first hand how much money is wasted on crap like that and how little chance you have of winning back as much as you spend.

It's all a con.

I work in a supermarket and am often in kiosk, so I see it too, but I can't help but think what if the money was in it

I get a pound one now and again, but I genuinely believe they've lessened the chances of winning.

It does give you the odds of winning on the back, think it's close to 5/1 for most £1 ones compared to just over 3/1 for a £10 one

I used to get the odd £1 or £2 one but very rarely now, can never be bothered to redeem them most the time if they only win a couple of quid
