Whats the most Disturbing, Shocking and Uncomfortable Scene in any film you've watched?

For me, It's Running Scared (2006), There is a Sub Plot in which two Pedophiles Kidnap the Main Character, A 10 year old boy, Along with two other kids. It is Implied that they kidnap and rape children or force the children to perform sexual acts on each other, and then videotape all of it before killing them.

We see video tapes in their home, implying that they videotaped themselves raping children, or the children performing sexual acts. The Main Character's Neighbor rescues him and Kills the Pedophiles.

I had Nightmares for a Week after that Scene.

Well whoever made that film in the first place is a complete sicko!

One of the most disturbing scenes for me off the tip of my head it's not scary now but I remember when I was kid completely freaking out, in jaws when that dead guys head pops out of the boat when they are underwater! Gave me nightmares for ages

The animal bits in Cannibal Holocaust are pretty disturbing. I watched it out of curiosity but it's a film that will stay with me for the rest of my life. I'm not surprised it was banned in over 50 countries. Horrible.
