I’m quite surprised if she genuinely hasn’t been watching and isn’t just pretending to know nothing so they don’t ask questions. You’ve had to actually audition for this series and as such people are usually watching and you’d only get this problem with Cbb and the c5 civ era where they asked people instead/ got in touched through agents

...that was really quite a clever question from Cian......I mean it would be fairly obvious that the newbies were aware of the house and housemates, so would know everyone’s name...so it gives them an indication of who might be the ‘invisible’ ones as opposed to the names that rolled of the tongue...clever little Cian finding out which housemates are being discussed and which aren’t so much...

As it's Cian, I'm gonna just assume he wondered if she knew everyone's name yet, I wouldn't look that deeply into it.

..I really wasn’t deeply thinking about it, Oliver..(....hence the smiley..)...I’m sure there was no intent in the question Cian asked and it was just a conversational thing...but as we don’t get Saturday highlights to chew over, it was a bit of a slow posting morning for me...and a little few theories here and there help keep me ticking along.....
