It's looking like the digital edition for me, not for price but just because it looks nicer and its been years since I bought a game on disc. It was going to be the version with a drive, but then I found out there's no PS2 backwards compatibility

I can see myself getting a Series S down the line as well though if Microsoft's exclusives make it worth it.

I have read that the PS5 might have supply issues at launch though. I'm not that arsed about getting one on launch day - I'd consider pretty much anything in the first 6 months as being "more or less" at launch.

I think there's been some issue with the manufacturing of a key component (a large number had a defect) and so they haven't been able to provide enough systems to meet projected pre-order numbers.

I mean I have a PS4 and a Switch but they're different breeds, why does anyone need an Xbox idk.

I'll be getting the PS5 if not at launch near it, mainly because my PS4 sounds like a helicopter taking off. Hoping to get around £100 for my PS4 so should only cost me around £260 for the digital edition which I'll just play Fortnite on until decent PS5 games come out.
