Yup. same for packed beaches last time, and protests, and VE day celebrations...hence, it seems not very likely at all to spread outside, short of someone coughing/sneezing right in your face!

And tbh, as I said, infection rates hardly matter now, aslong as the vulnerable are not getting very ill from it, which the vaccine seems to have sorted (at least for now, maybe boosters needed or whatever, but they will have a large period of protection at the min)

They say from Friday the weather is going to get cold.
Might do my weekly shop then if I can't go out.

Our 5km restrictions were supposed to finish on April 5th but they've pushed it out till the 12th probably because there's a Bank holiday on the 5th.......assholes

5km? Not sure what thats about? Is this the distance you can travel to 'exercise'? I find that rule quite silly really

Yeah, you can break it if you have a "good" reason though, they only really have checks at the weekends. For the 12th while be allowed travel anywhere within the county so not even free travel yet

So my opinion hasn't changed, I stick with what I've always said.

This all stops when the people have had enough, until then, this is the new normal.
