The individual flair philosophy works for 1 or 2 members of the team, not 10 of them

The majority of the team needs to perform as a well oiled unit and united are just not doing that. That is part tactics and part team selection, both of which are the responsibility of the manager. You just can't have a player in the team where he mows down a player within 15 mins of coming on and gets sent off, His skill level doesn't enter into it if he cant perform at the same level week in week out. United have a great team if they throw the dice and it works one week, but it won't happen the next week.

The manager bought and picked this team, it's his responsibility. He has to go

i think the only reason OGS hasn't been sacked already is because they have a tough set of fixtures coming up and they don't want a group of defeats associated with the new manager. If they don't get rid of him now, he will be gone before january

Ten Hag really is the biggest deluded manager idiot in the world

basically everyone at ajax is very deluded if they think they can compete for the big trophies such as CL

will they win against Bayern, NO

will they win against PSG, NO

will they win against Liverpool, NO

Ten Hag should've accepted that offer big time but that is something he'll learn end of this season

think they will stay above Brighton, since they are up against Liverpool and that is basically a lost cause already given what superb form Liverpool are in currently

Tottenham though, i can see them win against United and that meaning the exit for OGS at United, just hope United will not go for Conte since he is known for short term spells and that is not what United wants, the United team is a long term project so Conte is not a good choice at all (same how Moyes is a big flop)

that line up of Newcastle

Longstaff Wilson two candidates to get the chop in january, let them go on free transfer doesn't matter now with saudi's money

Saint-Maximin can stay, same goes for Ritchie

they need a new goalkeeper, new better goalscoring forwards, a better and more experienced back, and a better more talented no.10 behind the forwards

as for today, i can see Chelsea totally demolish them lol

They played against Chelsea, a PL winner candidate. Nobody expected them to win.
