it's 15 years in a russian prison, which is a different kettle of fish. Also, if she survives the 15 years, which is highly doubtful, the time can be extended on a whim..

Anyway, it's difficult to understand how someone could set fire to anyone, let alone their own child

This story is so upsetting, and 15 years is a joke she should never see the light of day again, utterly vile ,hope she suffers everyday inside.
