Students returned to Range High School in Formby after their well-earnt Christmas break last week, to discover the doors of the boys’ toilets had been REMOVED by staff.
![]() pictured, the doorframe in question The drastic decision was not to prevent the spread of Covid, but would prevent ‘Anti Social Behaviour’ within the school and for a moment it looked like the bathroom door was a victim of it itself. However it was later revealed by teachers that the measure had been taken as a ‘precaution’, with deputy head Tom Dolly arguing it ‘doesn’t compromise the boys’ privacy’ Meanwhile the girls’ toilet door remains in place. Students claim the move has left them ‘uncomfortable’, as teachers, visitors, and other pupils, including those aged as young as 11 can ‘see’ and ‘hear in’. Students refused to comment on the smell. ![]() Pictured, Formby High School The school was recently rated ‘outstanding’ by OFSTED, and has improved on its 2 star status it received in 2017. However it is no stranger to the limelight, having publicly REFUSED students due to ‘funding cuts’, been the site of an attempted KIDNAPPING, and had to send an 11 year old to HOSPITAL after she was attacked by a fellow student What are your thoughts? Is this an appropriate decision? https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.l...g-22792523.amp |
