I think he's strong level headed & calm , he's good at diffusing heated situations,and he's good at preventing drama.
Noky with her non dairy situation, He gave Trish a heads up about lamb gate ,and he stuck up for Yinrun with the whole Olivia situation of apologising. I hope he continues to shine and be trusted in the house, he's a dark horse  .
