The two are not comparable at all fgs All they're doing is promoting the message that drink driving is bad and you never know if you're going to be over the limit so no drink is the safest option. Chances are that photo wasn't even from a barely passed breathalyser test

But the man wasn't drink driving, he had one pint which is fine.

Margaret (67) went to the shops and bought a new bra in M and S and paid for it and came home, we broke down her door and searched her whole house until we found the receipt

IF SHE HAD STOLEN IT SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED AND WENT TO JAIL

Again not comparable. They didn't break down this guys door did they? I presume he was pulled over in a random check which they are entitled to do, like the way the have speed traps and checkpoints to check you have a drivers license and insurance etc?
