It's flipping gorgeous and I've actually got a chilled out day cos I got up extremely early and did all my jobs.

Just been on an Armed Forces Day Parade with my boy. Now off to meet a friend for afternoon tea.

Been to the beach, then for a coffee, then for a few drinks and tapas, came home planted a cactus and now lying in bed browsing TiBB and napping

Did parkrun, had a late breakfast, bit of gardening, watched some cricket and now having a pint in the sun so a pretty good day

I'm off to a concert in Hyde Park tomorrow and that'll be 30 degrees all day, gonna be cooking
