I put "depends on the person", but I really meant "depends on the situation" - if I think they mean it, I will. But sometimes it's just said as part of the flow of conversation, or to be polite, etc.

…I guess another layer/aspect is, if you pass on your regards to someone and through someone…?…do you then follow that up and say…’did you pass on my regards…?….’…..hmmmmmm….

I think I forget 99% of the time. Only time I remember is if that person comes up in the conversation and I would then go 'oh I saw them earlier today actually, they sent their best'
