Daily Update: Day 8 Shown: Tonight, Wednesday 15th June 10pm on Channel 5 On tonight’s show: Its Chelsea’s first night in The Other house and Jayne’s struggling with his arrival On tonight’s Big Brother’s Bit On The Side with Rylan Clark-Neal at 11.05pm on Channel 5, guests include Frankie Cocozza, Luisa Zissman, James Jordan Ann Easter and Luke Kempner Key highlights and quotes from tonight’s show: • The haunted shopping task continues • Whilst the housemates are still in bed, The Others sneak into the house to cause mayhem • In the bedroom, Marco reiterates to Lateysha that he was given a hall pass • Laura is in the diary room talking to Big Brother, “It doesn’t mean I’m a home wrecker. I know the girl code, if a girl’s got a boyfriend you would never get with that guy. Marco should start getting a bit of stick, he’s the one who is in the open relationship and told me he is. When I leave this house the truth will come out, I really hope he hasn’t lied to me.” • In the bedroom, Jason is talking about his ex Charlie, “Had five months of not very good, she was just angry, I’m not going to diss her. In the end I said enough. I think she’s good deep down. I’ve said to her never say never.” • Ryan tells Big Brother that he thinks he will fail the task, as he believes his housemates will not nominate Laura, “It’s all put on me! I want to win the show. It’s not going to work, I can’t pass it; they will not nominate her!” • Marco tells Emma that she has the ‘most amazing arse’ • In the bedroom, Ryan and Lateysha are wondering why Laura ‘went there’ with Marco. Ryan thinks, “She’s made herself look bad on TV.” • Jayne tells Natalie that she wants to ‘say stuff’ to Chelsea, “We don’t have a relationship, we were just friends. We left on bad terms.” • Laura tells Lateysha, “It wasn’t full blown sex, but we had sex basically. Straight after it happened he said ‘O MY GOD! What’s my family and my fiancée going to say?’ I was like mate; you can’t say this now. I think he feels guilty.” Latesyha doubts Marco had a hall pass, and feels sorry for her. Laura continues, “It’s like he’s washed his hands of me!” • Marco tells some of his housemates that his dad ‘is an amazing guy’. Laura reveals that she had a ‘bit of a crush’ on Marco’s dad; Marco walks away. Sam jokes, “Now you’ve had his son!” • Alex is helping Charlie exercise • In the smoking area, Laura tells some of her housemates, “When we (her & Marco) were in bed together the other night, we had sex.” She now doubts that he is actually in an open relationship • As part of the task, Chelsea, Andy, Marco and Georgina enter the attic, tasked to truthfully answer questions set by The Others • Georgina is asked who she thinks is the leader of the house, she chooses Marco. Chelsea is asked whom he is attracted to in the house, he replies no one. Andy declares that Marco winds him up as he can sometimes be overbearing. Marco is asked what he thinks are Chelsea’s traits; he replies that he’s funny and a bit over the top sometimes. The group pass this part of the task • The housemates pass this week’s shopping task • As part of the final task, The Others are asked to choose which housemate they think is the ‘biggest horror’. Jayne asks to have this say, she picks Chelsea • In the main house, Chelsea is called to the diary room. Housemates watch on; Big Brother tells him that there is another house and that The Others have been plotting against the house • He is told that The Others picked him as the ‘biggest horror’ and he is no longer a housemates; he then goes to The Other house where he must try and win back his housemate status • Housemates are in shock and shout out that they love Chelsea outside the diary room • Chelsea joins The Others, and Jayne whispers, “Thank you Big Brother.” • Housemates are talking about how they miss Chelsea • In The Other house, Chelsea tells Jackson that Georgina misses him, he is pleased • Charlie tells Chelsea that she is Jason’s ex; he is shocked. He confirms to her that Jason is not romantically involved with anyone in the house • Jayne asks Chelsea for an apology, he tells her he doesn’t think he owes her one • Jayne is talking about Chelsea to Natalie, “He was the one after me, I told him I didn’t want a relationship as he was with someone, I have proof of that. He told me he didn’t have a partner, it was never a romantic thing, he wanted it and I said no, he’s not my type. I wanted him as a friend.” • Jayne and Chelsea agree to get along. Jayne announces that they have previously snogged, and Chelsea reveals that he is in a complicated relationship. He tells about his Big Brother experience, “It is for me to see and know what my life situation should be. My life how it is, has been is wrong.” Jayne admires his honesty • Charlie is talking to Big Brother, “Jason will either be happy and welcoming to me, or he could be really like WTF are you doing here?” • Chelsea tells Jayne that him and Marco were running the main house • Jayne is in the diary room crying to Big Brother about Chelsea • In the bedroom, Marco and Evelyn are being playful • Chelsea is in The Other diary room, telling Big Brother that he wants to leave. He declares, “I’m smart and successful, I haven’t come into this show to be second best!” #BBUK
