|Ryan Ruckledge became the seventh housemate to be evicted from Big Brother 2016 on Day 39, after a vote by fellow housemates where they had to choose to evict one of Laura, Ryan and Sam.
Earlier this week evictees Chelsea and Lateysha felt the pain of annihilation.
They returned tonight to speak to Emma Willis live.
Emma asked Lateysha how it feels to be out: “It’s really overwhelming, but cool to be out! I was gutted.”
Emma asked Chelsea about his time in the house: “I didn’t come in there for the money, or fame. I came for the experience. I had had enough. It’s like a pressure cooker in there.”
Chelsea denied saying he told all of his housemates that they were his favourites. Lateysha disagreed with him.
Emma asked Lateysha how she is feeling about Jason: “I don’t even know what to say. He’s proved he’s a massive game player. What he done was wrong. Why me? I was annoyed but I’ll get over it. I wanted to make it to the final. I thought the winner deserved that money. I would have evicted Evelyn; I found her annoying.”
Chelsea confirms he would have evicted Jayne.
Since Wednesday, the public have been voting to save Jason, Evelyn, Laura, Jayne, Alex, Sam, Jackson, Ryan and Hughie. During tonight’s 9pm Channel 5 programme, Emma entered the house to deliver the names of the three housemates with the fewest votes that faced eviction.
The six housemates with the most votes were saved from eviction; Laura, Ryan and Sam received the fewest votes. The safe housemates were asked to decide whom they wanted to evict in the final part of this Annihilation week. Ryan was evicted.
Following the announcement, Emma left the Big Brother house, and Ryan said his goodbyes, and left the house wearing a bin bag to cheers from the crowd.
Emma asked Ryan his thoughts about tonight: “I don’t understand why Jason is still in there, what a snake. I have said all day I had a feeling that I was going.”
Emma asked Ryan about the reasons housemates gave to evict him: “I knew Andy would and Evelyn. Jason is a snake in the grass, what have I’ve ever said?”
Ryan’s thoughts on Annihilation week: “It hasn’t been brilliant for me! This week I’ve felt drained. I was just existing.”
Ryan’s thoughts on Jason evicting Lateysha: “She was a firm favourite to win, genuine and entertaining. It came as such a shock. He’s very calculated and competitive.”
Ryan on Hughie: “He is an amazing person and I can’t wait to meet him on the outside world! I do actually like him and do want to go on dates with him; I don’t know what will happen. He best win! Or Sam…”
Big Brother returns tomorrow at 9pm. Emma will be back Friday at 9pm for the next live eviction.
